I left university at 21 after a season of depression and burnout and found my first real medicine in yoga. Over the last decade that devotion grew into a practice: somatics, womb care, reiki, ayurvedic rhythm, and mentorship.
Today I guide sensitive founders to steady their nervous systems, clarify inner authority, and reclaim their voice, and embodied expression — in life, love and business.
Rooted in yoga, human design, somatics, women’s health, soul-led entrepreneurship and Magdalene‑rose lineage, my work helps you feel undeniably at home in your body and fully expressed in life.
