My Journey
I wasn’t taught to read my body. I was handed a prescription. At 15, I was put on the pill, navigating doctors, confusion, and symptoms that didn’t make sense. When I finally got a diagnosis (PCOS), I realized that the answer wasn’t in labels, but in listening to my body, learning my rhythms, and reclaiming my flow.
I’ve spent the last decade studying somatics, Human Design, feminine health, embodiment, and soulful strategy. Now, I help women integrate these tools into their lives and businesses — so they can lead from the inside out, with power, softness, and pleasure.
